MAYFIELD, KY (Heartland News at 9) - A Fancy Farm, Kentucky couple are facing drug charges after the Graves County Sheriff’s Office was requested to do a welfare check at their home.

After an investigation and search, drugs and drug related items were found in the home on Sunday, January 6.

Billy and Kimberly Luter charged with possession of controlled substance 1st (cocaine), possession of controlled substance 1st (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia buy/possess.

Both were taken to the Graves County Jail.

Kentucky State Police assisted in the investigation.
