GRAVES COUNTY, KY (Heartland News at 9) - An inmate was found with lots of extra items in his cell according to the Graves County Jailer.
Jailer George Workman said on February 8 Deputy Charles Reed and Sgt. Joel Buntin conducted a spot check inside the jail.
Deputies found several items were found several items belonging to inmate Brian Howard.
Officials said items included lighters, extra mats for bunks, extra blankets, a metal shower curtain rod that had been modified into a weapon and a homemade tattoo gun with ink.
Howard was charged with promoting contraband in reference to this incident.
